Q: Do you deliver the pontoon?
A: The pontoon is available for rental on Conesus Lake. We will deliver to your rental cottage.

Q: Is fuel included in the rental price?
A: Nope…We give you the pontoon full and you must return it full. If the pontoon is returned with less fuel, your deposit will
     be deducted for the actual amount of fuel required to fill up the boat.

Q: Are there minimum days required to rent a pontoon?
A: Yes…Between June 22 and September 3, we are only available for weekly pontoon rentals. Before June 22 or after               

     September 3 we can do rentals for 2 or more days. 

Q: Where can I fill up the boat?
A: There are two marines on the East Side of the Lake. Make sure you check their hours so you can fill up prior to 
     returning the boat. Both can be clearly viewed from the lake so finding them is not hard.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: If something comes up, we will refund your deposit if you notify us at least 14 days before your rental date.

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day or part of the week I rented?
A: We do not refund your money for an early return or due to weather. We will work with you to get another day if you
     do not pick up the boat due to bad weather. You must call us prior to the rental time to notify us.

Q: If the propeller is bent or damaged?
A: Unfortunately, accidents do happen and if you damage the propeller, you will be charged $300 for a replacement. 
    Careful, not to let lines drag in the water—they may get caught in the propeller.

Q: Do the boats have Bimini Tops?
A: Yes all our boats have bimini tops including our speedboats …it provides great areas of shade.

Q: I reserved the 90HP Harris but got the 115HP Sunsation or vice versa.
A: Our pontoons have high-powered motors, accessories, and high-quality materials. Sometimes we need to swap out our              Pontoons for many reasons but we promise you won't be disappointed.

Q: Does the stereo on the boat have an input jack to plug in an iPod or another accessory?
A: Yes. There is an input jack on the stereo on all boats.

Q: Does the boat have navigation lights, and white and red/green bow lights?
A: Yes. All our boats have all of the required lightings for nighttime operation, however, per the Rental Agreement, there
     is to be no nighttime operation of any of our vessels.

Q: How many life vests do you have for the boat?
A: There are 12 adult life vests and 2 small children (under 30 lbs.) in each Pontoon. Just let us know if you have other needs         and we will do our best to accommodate.

Q: Is there a power outlet on the boat to plug stuff like cell phone chargers in?
A: Yes. There is one 12v cigarette lighter plug on the driver’s console.

Q: What form of payment do you take?
A: We accept PayPal, U.S. Postal money order or personal check from within 30 days of the rental.
